Elite Living Builders is providing construction management services in collaboration with Compson Homes for an extensive luxury renovation within Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club —one of Boca Raton’s most prestigious residential communities.

The project encompasses the transformation of two bedroom and bathroom suites, along with a fully custom home theater, dedicated custom wellness fitness space, and extensive interior upgrades throughout the residence.

The theater features specialty built-ins, custom furnishings and a dramatic fiber-optic ceiling designed to create an immersive entertainment experience. The bedroom suites incorporate custom fabric applications, millwork, built-ins, designer lighting and furniture, while the bathrooms feature custom vanities, extensive natural stonework, and steam showers with stone continuing across the walls and ceilings.

Renovating an occupied luxury home requires an entirely different level of construction management. Our responsibility extends beyond executing the work — we must protect the client's home, belongings, privacy and day-to-day quality of life while simultaneously managing multiple trades and highly detailed construction.Elite Living Builders carefully sequences the project to isolate active construction areas, manage dust and debris, protect existing finishes, establish controlled access and trade pathways, coordinate noisy or disruptive work, and maintain an exceptionally clean and organized job site.
