Valerie O’Dell

Valerie founded Elite Living Builders after more than a decade managing high-end custom construction throughout South Florida. With more than 50 projects to her name, she brings an exceptional eye for detail and a talent for managing the countless moving parts behind a successful build. Her approach is highly personal and relentlessly proactive—grounded in clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and making the construction process feel as seamless as possible for her clients.

Matt Hurley

Matt brings nearly two decades of construction experience and deep technical expertise to Elite Living Builders. A Florida Certified General Contractor and LEED Accredited Professional, his background spans luxury residences, multifamily communities, and large-scale construction throughout South Florida. Born and raised in Boca Raton, Matt combines his knowledge of construction, business, and sustainable building with a thoughtful approach to creating homes designed to be enjoyed for generations.
