FOUNDER

Valerie O’Dell

Valerie founded Elite Living Builders after more than a decade managing high-end custom construction throughout South Florida. With more than 50 projects to her name, she brings an exceptional eye for detail and a talent for managing the countless moving parts behind a successful build.

Born and raised in Boca Raton, Valerie began her career in new construction with a real estate development company in Delray Beach. What started as an entry-level project coordinator position quickly became a passion for residential building. She continued her education through advanced studies in Estimating, Project Management, and Construction Financial Management.

Valerie’s approach is highly personal and relentlessly proactive—grounded in clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and anticipating what’s ahead. She believes the building experience should feel as considered as the finished home, allowing clients to stay informed and involved without carrying the day-to-day weight of construction.

Matt Hurley

Matt brings nearly two decades of construction experience and deep technical expertise to Elite Living Builders. A Florida Certified General Contractor and LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction, his background spans luxury residences, multifamily communities, and large-scale construction throughout South Florida.

Before joining Elite Living Builders, Matt worked with one of the largest construction companies in the country, gaining invaluable experience managing complex projects at scale. With a background in business management and sustainable construction, he brings both a technical and long-term perspective to every project.

Born and raised in Boca Raton, Matt has deep roots in the community he now builds for. His approach balances exceptional craftsmanship and thoughtful building practices with an understanding that a custom home is both a significant investment and a lasting legacy.

Robert O’Dell

Robert O’Dell serves as VP of Business Development at Elite Living Builders, bringing nearly fifteen years of experience in sales, strategic growth, and relationship development to the luxury new construction industry.

In an industry built on trust and collaboration, Rob focuses on creating meaningful connections with homeowners, architects, interior designers, real estate professionals and developers.  He is equally focused on cultivating new relationships and strengthening the long-standing partnerships that are essential to delivering exceptional homes.

Rob helps connect the right people, identify new opportunities, and expand Elite Living Builders’ presence throughout South Florida’s luxury residential market.

Courtney Hurley

Courtney leads marketing at Elite Living Builders, bringing a thoughtful and creative approach to the company’s brand, communications, and strategic growth. With an eye for design and a passion for storytelling, she works to ensure that every aspect of the brand reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail behind each project.

From showcasing completed homes to developing meaningful connections within the South Florida luxury market, Courtney helps bring the Elite Living Builders story to life.
